I'm struggling

Ok I need some words of encouragement or support. I quit smoking back in 2017 and I picked up vaping sometime after covid. I decided to stop vaping no nicotine replacement. Its day 6. (edited)

Slowly but surely

Week seven after a two year hiatus, worked through soreness, quit vaping and binge drinking, and I’m feeling strong again. Hoping to stay consistent this time.

4am Thoughts. Kinda want to rent a 3days vacay condo alone and just drinking and vaping until i pass out..... the kind of rest i want... peaceful🥹

Day one

I'v been shifted to cig to vape about 1.5 years. But the problem is nowadays cravings increasing for vape, And i used it more and more, I started with salt nic, 20 -35mg. Now using 30mg salt nic, How can i reduce vaping! I have tried freebase juice, that don't give me kick tbh.

This is for the non-nicotine users out there. How do you feel about a vaping, as opposed to cigarette smoking habit in a potential partner. I know at the very least I smell and taste like watermelon jolly ranchers, as opposed to ashtray.

I feel like my life is a freaking mess. Been dealing with loss, quit vaping a few days ago after having recently quit smoking. So I'm going through withdrawals. And I'm just fighting the urge to get a mohawk at this point

Personally, I am conflicted because a part of my issue with smoking is the vile odor that accompanies it.
