My Favorite Exercise
I feel it's weird when I see people like different types of exercises. I tried taekwondo, shooting, karate, running, weightlifting, but the only exercises I liked are eating and sleeping. 😢

Before covid I was 130lbs. After that I gained well over 100lbs. Landing me at about 245lbs. In the span of 2 years I have lost 90lbs of fat and put on lean muscle. I'm currently sitting at 185. Trust the process
