Try incorporating with what you listed- •45 Degree Hyperextensions •Deficit Reverse Lunges & Regular Lunges both with a Barbell •Good Mornings •Seated Abductions •Step-Ups *I don’t recommend deadlifts, the risk reward ratio is not worth it with the back. Even though this is not related to excluding the quads if you’re deadlifting I recommend changing to power clean instead and if you want to work both muscles then do squat cleans and it’s easier to catch the weight than a regular power/hang clean and you get more muscles worked in the process.
