March is Brain Tumor Awareness Month, and below are some of the signs and symptoms of brain tumors. No two brains or tumors are alike. Therefore, the signs and symptoms of a brain tumor can present in many different ways.

This can be due to the tumor's location and its growth rate. However, there are some symptoms that could be due to a brain tumor, such as:

- Fatigue 😴
- Loss of taste and smell 👅
- Seizures ⚠️
- Communication problems 💬
- Cognitive changes ⚙️

This is a condition that can affect people of all ages; it can occur even in people with healthy lifestyles, and there is nothing that can be done to prevent it.  It tends to be more aggressive in young people and, in some cases, fatal if not detected early.

When the Last Time you got Drunk?

I have this swollen toe I think caused by an ingrown nail and I'm not sure if I should get it checked out by a doctor it's been 2 weeks swollen it doesn't look infected just swollen.

I did my research before I bought this additive. 
What did it provide me with in these days:
1. After working five consecutive days in retail being mostly on my legs on my first day off I don't struggle walking which, yesterday, before having about an hour of setting time, wasn't the case because I couldn't even slightly run. So it improved my general recovery from exhaustion a bit more. 
2. It did provide a bit of a clearer mind even when I'm exhausted. It does not work like an energy drink with taurine inside it. It works in the way that if you push your body further than you think it is your limit then you don't feel a bit of that struggle to break through.
Overall, if you work a physical labor intensive job, after researching if the benefits suit you, you should maybe consider trying it.

It's my 8th day of being on creatine monohydrate.

Keeping a close eye on it, but it looks like my toe is healing I don't think an ingrown nail caused my toe to swell as I remember hitting it against something.
I was too chicken to get it checked out 😭 the idea of getting a needle 💉 to numb my toe then the doc slicing the skin to get the goo out just wasn't something I wanted to deal with.
Now I have the fear of that blister rupturing 😭😭😭😭😫.

Tho it took sometime to accept it, i didnt regret as it was done for a good cause. In the era where people are spending a fortune to maintain their hair (ofc i admire those "self-care" people), there are also people who were growing their hair just so they can donate it to the cancer community. Time to focus on growing my hair atleast to give it away. Have u ever done this hair donating thing??

Okay, gimme your home remedies. No matter how unhinged. I keep sneezing in sets of 4, my throat hurts, and my sinuses feel so funny they are working on their own comedy routine. I tried a hot shower, I didn't the sinus rinse, I ate the noodles with spice, and I've had plenty of hot beverages. What else y'all got?

It's now over 2 weeks since I've had my arm in a cast. And another 8 days to go until I get the cast off. A colleague said it's an extra holiday, but I do feel some anxiety about not being able to work.

I've just eaten so there's no logical point in me measuring my waist and weight, but my forearms thickest part near the elbow joint measured at about 22 cm and my upper arm at about 23 cm. I'm a pear when it comes to body shape, but even having it as a context I don't really have much fat deposits there, just enough not to feel pain when sitting about five or six hours straight.
P.s. my wrist is also tiny (about 15 cm).

In total she prescribed me three or four medicines, including antibiotics. I was not surprised by the idea of the total amount for those medicines, I was surprised at the sheer amount of medicine I have to buy 😂🤦🏻‍♀️.

About half an hour ago I got a call from a doctor on call at a clinic that told m that I have extensive sinusitis.

Understanding the "Buffer" Crisis: Metabolic Acidosis Explained 🩺📉

I’ve had some questions about my recent health update, so I wanted to share a deeper look at the chemistry battle my body is fighting. It’s called High Anion Gap Metabolic Acidosis (HAGMA).

1. The "Safety Net" is Snapped (Bicarbonate: 21) 🪫
Bicarbonate is like the body’s natural antacid. It’s a "buffer" that keeps our blood pH from becoming toxic. A healthy level is 22–32. My level has dropped to 21. This means my body has used up its entire alkaline reserve trying to fight off metabolic acid. My "safety net" is gone.



2. The "Hidden Load" (Anion Gap: 18) ⚠️
To make it worse, my Anion Gap—which measures "unmeasured" acids or toxins—is at 18 (Normal is <12). This confirms that there is an active, heavy load of metabolic waste in my blood that my kidneys can't clear out. 

**3. The Neurological Connection (Atrophy & Ataxia) 🧠⚡
Because I already have Cerebellar Atrophy, my brain is extra sensitive. When the blood becomes acidic, it irritates the central nervous system. This "chemical stress" is exactly why my tremors are worse, my balance (Ataxia) is failing, and I’m experiencing episodes of paralysis.


4. The Potassium Drain (3.3) 📉
Acidosis often forces potassium out of the cells and into the urine. My potassium has dropped to 3.3, which leads to severe muscle weakness and those scary fainting spells (syncope).

The Bottom Line:
This isn't a "functional" or "mental" issue. It is Metabolic Decompensation. These numbers are objective, laboratory proof that my internal "engine" is overheating and my body is struggling to maintain its basic chemistry.

Explains alot of my Symptoms especially the breathing issues .
Bicarbonate levels weren't low enough to be considered an medical emergency but it's a warning light.

It's never too late to start your journey now. Start it and see the result after the first 3 months 🌻🌻

Hopefully I can tone walking so much lol. Correct me if I'm wrong but actively tensing my abdomen muscles while maintaining normal breathing and the general repetition in the act of walking is hopefully a good start with out breaking into a jog, run, or weight resistance but those 3 things could be a good next step assuming my stamina improves. Wasn't tired out but I also stopped to answer messages every 2-10min so rest and water made a difference lol

It's rough when it comes to meeting others and even getting a social life going as someone who grew up in their own head.  I know I would love to hang out with someone, even if it's just to go over university work.  That said, I'd greatly prefer it to be social or more, ya know.. but GAH.. an empty social life is hard.

Ah yes common cold or some variant i feel like a old man, my bones ache, i walk like i use a cane, head is throbbing, Who dosent love sicknesses and im curious can yall tell me your worst sickness experiencing mine was everytime id drink water id throw it up in 5 seconds then it came out another way ._. Long story short i hallucinated in bed about a city/pipes being built around me

Sickness

1. Lower back pain from an old injury (give me an hour of sitting in an inappropriate for my back position and being in pain while still able to move will be the least of my concerns). 
2. Vocal cord inflammation when sick with any common cold related/symptoms exhibiting illness.
3. Sinusitis. A fairly recent addition to the family of chronic illnesses and issues.
4. Tonsillitis and it's consequence tonsil stones (being able to diagnose tonsillitis from countless times being sick isn't nice when you realize the consequence of it and that you could not look up the name of the consequence because you used another synonym name - angina).
Does anyone out here want to share their own similar pain of having legitimately chronic issues?
