I always make birthday cake or handmade gift for my best friends to make their day feel special and full of sweet memories. But when it was my birthday, no one even wished me. I mean it’s not like I give them something just to get something in return. I just wanted them to remember and say something. All I needed was a simple warm text on my phone after I woke up in the morning on my birthday💔

I made brookies (cookie and brownie mixed together) and they were absolutely bitchin. Unfortunately my host family rarely eat the stuff I bake, so I'm always scrambling around trying to find people to give the stuff to so I don't have to throw them away. Makes me sad as hell.

Ħobż ta' rżież magħmul id-dar

They all aren't the prettiest , but they taste amazing. The first one is biscoff-graham cracker. The second is peanut butter and peanut butter m&m and the last one is turtle-ish inspired. I had some ingredients I didn't want to go to waste/go bad so I decided to have fun.😂

Things i often do to calm my nerves,  baking isn’t just baking. It’s the kneeding, the dough shaping, the waiting, the smell, and ofc the 
chance to enjoy your own masterpiece ;D

and cinnamon roll happen to be one of the fav recipes to bake :)
