Animes that got you crying?

Which anime has bought on the water works for you? One piece has been one for me that does it so well, on multiple occasions through the series. A boat got me crying.. a boat. I miss you Merry 😭 Edit: how can I forget the very 1st pokemon movie, when ash turns to Stone.. first anime that had me cry 😭😭😭 (edited)

Orange, A Silent Voice (movie), Chobits, Wolf Children (movie). I also want to recommend Hanasakeru Seishonen because it's underrated and very good! I don't know if it'll make you cry but it did me at certain points. 🤷‍♀️

dororo. it's pretty low key, but the ending had me in tears. the main character's backstory is so tragic, it's only two seasons, and it's a hell of a ride 😭

Damn, Assassination Classroom definitely had a heart wrenching ending. The watergates definitely opened for that one. Tokyo Ghoul was definitely one that had me tearing up. Oh man, and HUNTERXHUNTER. 😭😭

Hakuouki was the first anime that made me ball my eyes out. I was so invested. It has the saddest ending I ever seen in a anime. Lol it starts off like they all survive..

A lot tbh XD i certainly cry whenever things go south and characters facing hardship but the anime/manga which got me really really sad was berserk and Vinland saga.. gosh sometimes anime or manga can hit sooo deep and hard..

Naruto always makes me cry, his whole story. I cried the hardest @ Ace's death and depressed Luffy afterward in One Piece. Children of the Whale...I may just be a crybaby lol

There are many animes which is really hard for me to see but the one literally brought lot of tears is Naruto.Well not the whole series lol. The scene which i cried was Naruto holding the icecream after jiraya's dies
