Gemini Season

Gemini - The chaotic, mutable, air sign. ♊ As we move into the Gemini season, finishing out the month of May will be relatively stable. With or without a relationship; love will be on the brain, while there will be an overall loss of motivation to contend with, but not enough to stop most from doing what needs to be done in life. The urge to dive into taboos will be strong here during this time. 😈 Gemini's chaos will begin in June, when many people; especially those on the cusp signs, will have rocky moments to contend with in your love life and it will affect your professional life. Stay level headed, as this window will only last for a few weeks. Stay focused on work and if needed; just hold off on plans during much of June, your relationships will be better for taking it slow. ~~~~~~ Gemini Fun fact: In Babylonian Astrology, Gemini is associated with Nergal, the god the underworld. Of which he forced out the claim and title from Eriskigal, the original goddess of the underworld, and his wife. In most cases The Twins refer to himself and his personality counter part. But in some versions, the constellation refers to both him and his wife and are not the Twins, but the Lovers. Nergal is domineering, overcoming and taking what he pleases. Lamenting often when he feels his life isn't fortuitous enough. While Eriskigal guarded herself behind beasts and walls, operated with third party messengers to get whatever she needed done. Offering herself and her royal position in exchange for her, soon-to-be, husband not to kill her as he was instructed. The Babylonian animal associated with these gods, and thus the constellation, is the Panther. 🐈‍⬛
