What's a non-negotiable for you in a relationship? Something that will make you automatically shut the relationship down, even if you find the person physically attractive or they check all your other boxes.

Why do you all feel so comfortable inviting women to your home? Like seriously, it's 2026....you don't know her and she doesn't know you. I genuinely want to hear why guys do this, then act surprised/angry when that invitation is declined?

Suddenly I'm thinking about his finance, his stability, his looks, his relationship with his families, his habits, his way of handling issues, his looks and everything about him.

I'm not perfect myself. I know. And that's also the reason why I'm afraid to allow him to take a responsibility for me.

Only my families know my flaws and still accept me.

As a BTS fan since 2016, I can honestly say they've raised my standards for how potential partners should treat me. I don't mean this because I think no one else could measure up to BTS, but because they've shown qualities that people should genuinely look for in others.
Too many people stay in toxic or even abusive relationships because they don't realize they deserve better, or they feel their expectations are too high when they're actually the bare minimum.
If you're ever stuck in that mindset, remind yourself that a partner should be respectful, responsible, communicative, and loyal. Which is merely the bare minimum. Look to BTS as an example of positive qualities, but create your own standards based on the people you choose to allow into your life. 
Know your worth, create standards and don't settle for less than the respect you're deserving of.

How do y'all make friends?

They would compliment each other so freaking well. She is very emotional yet serious when work needs to be done and also quite curious and interested in history and stuff. He's very hard-working, driven to succeed, calm and as curious as she is. They would make a good match, but there is a language gap. He mainly speaks Russian, knows a bit of the language of the country he lives in and a bit of English. She doesn't understand nor talk in Russian, her native language is Lithuanian and she's good at English. There's also location, but it's not as important as the language gap. Complete fail at the thought level 😂😅.

I've noticed a view that comes up surprisingly often...a lot of men believe that as long as they provide financially, keep their wife comfortable, and make sure she never finds out, cheating isn't that big of a deal?

Because for me, loyalty isn't negotiable. I can handle being single. What I can't handle is giving someone my complete trust while they're secretly risking my health and betraying the relationship.

I guess what I'm asking is whether mutual loyalty is still a realistic expectation or whether society has convinced us that everyone cheats and the only difference is who's better at hiding it?

Yknow.. They say you can discover ones intention by testing their patience. If they dissapear after a couple months or even week, then they're not serious.

I've gone through really dark periods of time with breakups in my past. It's always extremely painful because I get attached. Breakups feel like withdrawals to me. If you think about it deeply, for people who get attached to their partners, love does work like a drug and so separation feels like withdrawals.
