I absolutely adore romance novels, but I also have a soft spot for hard science fiction and weird ass books (like All Tomorrows) I've been blowing through my TBR this year and would love some recommendations! What are some of your favorite books? (My preferences be damned)

Trying to get more on my TBR

There is only one thing more annoying than reading something so unbelievably beautiful not having anyone to talk to about, and that's consuming the worst form of media and not having anyone else to hate on that with.
I can not believe the author had any other points besides cash grab and rage bait

Anyone have any recommendations similar to the series above? I have read Goblin Corp which also has a villain as protagonist storyline, and I'm really craving more content from that angle. Preferably in a fantasy setting 😁

As good as some books can be when you're reading them on the many platforms there are, don't do it. You're just gonna end up spending at least 60 bucks for coins or whatever they wanna call them so you can just unlock the chapters for the books you're reading and it's not worth it. Much cheaper to go for real books you can feel and smell.

Don't read books on apps!

So I'm making a publishing company but it's going to be divided aesthetically. Meaning every book series is gonna have a feminine POV and masculine POV with different websites but in the same story line of each book.

I understand the feminine POV very well because I'm a woman. 

But I really want to understand the masculine POV. Like what are things Men really enjoy reading and what makes it stand out for them? What are things that are different. 

I was doing research and so far I got Men enjoy action more, they enjoy info dumps like information, adventure, relationship or romance things are okay but they should be more on the side and not make up everything, etc. Like is this true or is there anything you could add onto it. To help me?

Also what color themes do you think attract Men more?

Another question: Do you as a Man dislike power struggles in a romantic relationship book wise? A lot of women enjoy reading that from the feminine POV. Do you think Men prefer a more peaceful romance being described. Or something with more power struggle? 

And thoughts on Dominant and Submissive romantic dynamics, how much is to much. Idk if you have ever read feminine pov dark romance... but it's dark and I'm curious on the guys take. What's to much. What's to little. Etc

What's the biggest thing that you feel is blocking you from living the life you prefer ?

I've seen people asking this so many times online that I decided to answer it. We, as human beings, are really bad at picking what's best for us. We can pick a great date for a friend, but when it comes down to ourselves, we really make all the bad choices. Why? Simply because we think we know better!

However, at the end of the day, love is about commitment, about being with someone and wanting to be with that one person, no matter what. It's about getting two people and making them grow together, in the same direction, towards the same goal. But since people, nowadays and given the number of too many options, they don't let themselves get to know each other for real and grow in that same direction, and so they always fail to find love. Instead, they just jump from one person to the next, hoping the next leap will lead them to the perfect love of their lives... which it never does, due to human imperfection.
