Time to wrap it and get it in the oven

Will have it in for a couple of hours then remove it to put some maple bourbon glaze on it🤌🤤

But I like to switch things up. ☺️ Bringing this Vanilla Cherry Bourbon Flatcake to the table and some brandy~. My mistake was sending a picture of the cake to the group chat now they're calling me asking me when i'm going to get there. 🤣 (I haven't even done my hair yet im gonna be late!) (edited)

Honey bourbon pork chops a baked potato and peas and carrots, did the chops in the crockpot with a marinade on low turned out super tender.

Carrot Cake Trifle

For this we made a carrot cake from scratch and then made a sweet bourbon sauce to glaze the cake with so it wouldn't dry out. Layered with whipped cream and then topped with graham cracker crumbs and fried candied carrot strips.

A Pair of Poached Pears

Here we took pears and poached them in different sauces. We did one in a mulled wine and the other in a sweet bourbon sauce. We then reduced the sauces and used the reductions to decorate the plate, as well as a cinnamon stick and some star anise. This was served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Sirloin steak and cheesy scrambled eggs. Kerigold butter and sweet bourbon BBQ glaze. I eat like this everyday lol.
