For anyone wondering what a 95% cocoa chocolate tastes like, but doesn't want to waste the money to try it for themselves.

The taste is literally the same as brewing a very strong cup of coffee without the majority of the acidity. The higher the percentage the more bitter and heavy in taste the chocolate is.
