What is your dream meal?

If you could have a great chef make a meal just for you what would be in the menu? I can start this off. A 6oz filet mignon, a cold lager, aloo bhaji, a bunch of scrambled eggs with cheese, and warm homemade bread. A cup of coffee and pecan pie for dessert.
