I love puff pastry because it always does the job haha… and I like making custard myself rather than buying anything ready-made… anyway that was Crunchy from outside & juicy from inside 😋🤍

Gotta be proud of my puff pastry i made at work. Coming in at 5kg a pop, only photographed 3, i usually make 7 of them for the week. Those who know puff pastry is a labour of love.

Fruit tarts

Balance is key

Black coffee for the soul, pastry for the heart, and water so I don’t turn into a gremlin 😄 - it’s all about balance GOOD MORNING 🫶🏻

Beef and veg pastry with honey glazed, roasted carrots and twice cooked potatoes with green beans, cabbage and a little overdone roasted asparagus and yorkies (yes, there are 2 more spare I'll add when there's space on the plate!)
