Made a great sauce for this ravioli with chicken, made from bellpepper, tomatoes, red onion, garlic and other spices and herbs.little spicy but smooth in texture and creamy with the added creme fraiche. Cooked some chorizo crispy for on the ruccola aswell which was a nice touch to it all.
