Lunch is mashed potato mixed with butter, mackerel fillets in spicy tomato sauce, black pepper and cayenne powder with a lil lemon juice and salt 🧂

It's National Bagel Day

Tonight I made some slow cooked Ribs with lots of oregano, herbs and barbecue that was gently layered, and a salad with a arugula and spinach base with Feta cheese, mangoes and chickpeas. 🍱
