6Finally distilling my 1st whiskey run
I have about 7L left to distill after running the 30L in the bigger boiler. Had to improvise a bit to get the jar up high enough.

I tried a different still configuration and am getting 82% ABV coming out.

6The weekend vodka run
I have about 39L of sugar wash that has fermented from 1.108 down to 0.996 (15% ABV) ready to go through the still 👍 (edited)

61st stripping run
I finally started the 1st of 2 stripping runs for the 38L of wash that finally fermented out to 16.2% ABV. So far I have just over 1 Gal. at 65% ABV. I would be higher but as the alcohol depletes in the boiler the output ABV drops off..and it dilutes what it gets mixed with in the big collection... read more
