Yes. Our current campaign has taken twelve in-universe years so far, so we've seen an NPC age from a sickly teenager into a budding adventurer (and druid, from the magic flower that healed her). We also had one character, a human wizard, drink some potions to de-age himself to remain viable. My character is an elf, 500 years old, so she's not feeling the effects as much. The Triton fighter might if we keep going, though.
