The Blindfold of Love

Love weaves a blindfold soft and tight To shade the harsh and heavy light It blurs the line of what is real And guards the fragile things we feel But when you peek beneath the lace The truth unmasks a different face The disguises fall, the illusions break And leave a quiet, burning ache Yet sight… read more

Lost myself. Found peace.

I lost parts of myself trying to make sense of everything that hurt me. I cried, I questioned, I held on, and I slowly grew tired. But somewhere between the heartbreak and healing, I found peace. Not everything is okay, and not every wound has healed, but I’m learning to let life be, to breathe a… read more

My gorgeous niece

Featuring my gorgeous 18-year-old niece on my board today. 🤍 She is a rare, beautifully intense INFP 9w1 (sx/sp) On the surface, she’s a soft, peaceful dreamer who finds solace in stargazing, nature trails, and healing with her cats But underneath that quiet exterior lies a deeply passionate,… (edited) read more

Some of you are single because you’re healing. Some of us are single because we saw one red flag and started writing a whole crime documentary. 😭😂

Beaches and memories

It's still hard to understand why the waves carry you to shore only to give you wounds and then leave you without the slightest chance of healing again

Hiking is healing

A dim sun shines faintly through the clouds. I gaze up at the mountain I must climb, then lower my eyes to look at my trembling legs. My legs are fragile but my spirit remains undaunted. Step by step, I will traverse upward. I will be there. #mountains #rudranath #himalayas #naturelove

If I leave my phone behind for one hour in nature, what part of me will feel restless first, and what part will feel relieved first?

Looking for the heartbreaker 💔

Hello, I'm looking for a woman who will make me feel strongly, get me deeply attached and in the moment she has my heart, she's going to destroy me, betray me heavily and break my heart at the same time.. so I can start the journey of healing, working on my myself, learning new things, becoming… read more

Someone asked me to explain a little about myself and my situation — because they found it hard to believe I am really 37 years old, so I would just like to be honest and open about it. My name is Zita, and I am 37 years old. I am single — I have never been married, and I do not have children. … read more

Other than concerts, I love hiking! Been hiking since high school, so it’s been 10 years now. But some mountains in Indonesia are active rn, and the forest fires in Sumatra and Kalimantan are still burning. Hope things get better soon 🙏🏻

Self love

You can forgive without reopening the same door, You can care without giving the same access. Sometimes, healing starts when you stop forcing people to stay in a place they no longer deserve.

Healing ❤️

Some people come into our lives not to love us, but to teach us how to grow. If someone has hurt you time and time again, don’t be too quick to hold it against them. Try seeing them as a piece of sandpaper—rough, uncomfortable, and sometimes painful. Yet somehow, those difficult encounters shape… read more

Do you think a sincere apology can be the first step toward healing?

When my heart couldn’t find the words, music became my therapy and singing became my healing.

Puppy’s healing smile 🙂

Today's cute delivery has been delivered. The Shiba Inu who loves to laugh will definitely have good luck.

Sometimes, the hardest goodbye is the one you never get to say. There’s a different kind of pain in wanting to reach out to someone but choosing not to. Not because you no longer care, not because you’ve forgotten them, but because you’re slowly learning that a connection cannot survive on one… read more

Most of the time Healing isn’t comfortable, but its needed

Me, myself and my paintings

I didn't know I needed healing until I started painting again. No talking. No fixing. Just colors meeting water, and me, breathing again. Art doesn't ask me to be okay. It just lets me be. And somehow, that's enough to heal.
