If you ever have any troubling thoughts I definitely recommend writing them down in a diary and throwing it away. It sounds dumb I know. I thought that at first but I wrote until my hand was cramping. I got all those negative thoughts out. It's cathartic.😊👏

Try using a sticky note or the back of a random piece of paper. Once you start writing you can't stop. Not until every nagging thought is out of the way. Finished a new gem pouch! One of my bigger ones so it took a while. Wish my hands would stop cramping so I could make more.

I am trying to learn Don't Look Back in Anger by Oasis. Part of the chord progression is F, G, C. I started just not playing strings 1 and 2 on G and only fretting strings 6 and 5 with my ring and middle fingers so I can switch easier. Trying to use my pinky was cramping my hand up.
