I was worried my recently torn gastrocnemius was having a problem the first two sets because the reps were slightly less than before, but checking the time under tension dispelled my concern. So I added a plate and felt I could add one more 🤭.

Now I'm only 2 plates away from my old PR, slowly but surely, safety is highest priority.

Practice

In class we have to practice wrapping bandages around stuffed animals heads and legs so we know what to do if an animal in the real world gets injured, I braught an old toy of mine to practice on. My teacher said it was actually quite well done lol (edited)
