Why is restarting and getting out of your comfort zone so difficult? Why does moving into a apartment alone and starting your own life seem like the world is bearing everything on your shoulders?

Fresh start

Have had a lot going on in my life for the past 3-4 months. Everything from the end of a relationship and depression, to working 2 jobs and moving all my stuff into a apartment I got on my own in one day. My first accomplishment after getting in my place was making me my own first meal.

New bonding creates a new things 😜
