Some Strangers are very strange...👀

It's strange, isn't it? we were never anything. no label, no commitment , no promises to hold on to.  Just two people who happened to cross the path, shared a few stories , exchanged laughter and then , just like that , It was over. but if we were nothing , why does losing you feel like everything? 

I keep telling mu self thant this shouldn't hurt that. you were just passing moment, a fleeting presense in my life.

I salute those guys for being honest to say that they're just looking for fun..😌🤭

I'm not looking for fun here...if you want to be friends it's okay ...😊

Normally I don't like to be bothered while shopping unless it's to say hi to workers. I usually don't stop and converse. 
Today, I did. Something told me that this guy needed to talk to someone nice. It wasn't a long chat and it wasn't particularly involved. We spoke about the weekend, where we were from, he mentioned his son and he complimented my cross necklace. He then pulled out his own massive cross necklace and we chatted a little more about church. He shook my hand and asked my name. He told me his and we wished each other a good day.

That was it.  Maybe 5 minutes while I held a tub of garlic hummus. That may have been all the kind interaction he needed, but my heart did something funny in my chest and I think I needed that too. His handshake felt like a hug that I think I've needed for a while.

Moral of the story, don't be upset when someone just needs to chat. It may feed you too.
