Help with anti-aging? Imagine every cell in your body has its own special job. Heart cells beat, skin cells protect you, and eye cells help you see. Inside each cell is a giant instruction manual called DNA. To help the cell do its exact job, bookmarks are placed on the right pages. These… read more

Slipping into a funk and I hate when this happens. I'm starting to just want to sleep and cry 😒 It happens on and off but also the holiday blues has been creeping in so that doesn't help. I'll be okay, its just so annoying 😔 (edited)
It has been two months since we said goodbye. And these two months have been anything but quiet. There have been twists and turns, one thing after another, as though life itself could not bear to let the story end without a few more chapters. Every morning, when I wake, I ask myself the same… (edited) read more

You were a cautionary tale That if you want your orange peeled You have to go to the market to buy one Or pick it up off a branch or grow it yourself You were an orange I left on the counter for weeks Day by day Slipping gaze beneath the marble countertop Almost making sure you’re still in… (edited) read more
The mind reaches its limit and finally loosens its grip. Thoughts that kept spinning all week begin to fall apart on their own, like pages slipping from a notebook you no longer need to carry. The 10 of Swords isn't dramatic here. It's the quiet realization that overthinking has nothing left to… read more
ooh ooh ooh the way I feel for you is not written in constellations but somewhere deeper— between the silence of breath and the echo of a name I never say out loud beyond the stars above us beyond the words I seek it has always lived here— quiet, aching, certain— inside my heart whenever I look… read more
Whatever you're feeling is okay. You don't need to explain it, not even to yourself. You've survived so much already. Give yourself credit for that. You don't have to fix everything today. Be patient with yourself & take the next step. Healing doesn't always look pretty. Sometimes it looks like… (edited) read more

In the bent light of deeper water, a shape recalibrates— not wounded, not waiting— simply done with misread currents. Eight limbs taste the field: colour, charge, the faint distortion of a story bent inward. Above, a surface performs depth, a shadow performs hunger, a voice performs wound and… read more
I’m very close to giving up on love. At 34 having never been in a relationship I’ve lost almost all hope for that special lady to come along and make my life that much better. It’s the last piece of the puzzle that I just can’t seem to find….and at this rate I don’t think I ever will. To be very… read more
Even the calmest waters can’t drown the storm I feel inside.Trying to hold myself together while everything feels like it’s slipping away.. 🌼

They call it Borderline. I call it being stuck in a body that doesn’t know how to hold this much fire and frost at the same time. One minute, I’m burning. My skin cracks from the heat of too-much. Love too deep. Hurt too loud. And then click— cold. Like I never cared, like I never even knew their… read more
I count the ways I let you down On my fingers and toes but I'm running out Clever words can't help me now I grip you tight but you're slipping out. And I remember your eyes were so bright When I first I met you, so in love that night And now I'm kissing your tears goodnight And I can't take it,… read more

Thy Blue Dwarf Star Thy blue dwarf star, no matter how you are reborn, I watch the heavens shift seconds carving change into eternity. Celestial bodies drift, yet somehow… I find you again. I loved you once an alien soul beyond our world, a distant light I could never hold. Your name is… read more

You tell me you love me so often that I've started measuring time by it-- a good morning, a heart emoji, a voice note sent half-asleep, your name lighting up my screen like a lighthouse warning me away from the rocks and guiding me toward them all at once. Still, I fear the day you stop. Not… read more
I absolutely adore Pagan Min. And I've been so busy with so many things I haven't had time to write anything even self indulgent stuff. I finally had a bit of inspiration before falling asleep so yes its very indulgent but I'm happy with the idea. Pagan Min is such a fascinating and tragic… read more

You know that feeling on Sunday night when your chest feels a bit heavy, your mood instantly drops, and suddenly you feel like you're coming down with something? Turns out, it's not just in your head and you're definitely not being dramatic. There's actually real science behind why Sunday nights… read more

It’s only when we grow up that we finally realize a truth: the love from elders always hides within those ordinary, insignificant little things. When I was little, my grandma wore a strand of red agate bracelet exactly like this on her wrist every single day. Back then I was too young to… read more

When we think about past moments, some of them greet us with a warm feeling, memories filled with innocence, idealism, imagination, and unconditional love. Yet they are lightly wrapped in melancholy and sadness. This kind of nostalgia can appear not only when we look back now, but also one day when… read more

I could've guessed in 4 turns though.

There are nights when the heart feels too heavy, when the silence is louder than the promises that faded. Some people carry their pain quietly they don’t scream, they don’t beg, they just swallow every ache and keep going, even when love keeps slipping through their fingers. It’s a lonely kind of… read more

When a person slips, two responses emerge: Expenditure of energy to stay upright – the mind strains against the fall, trying to maintain the illusion of control. This can lead to exhaustion, anxiety, and disconnection from purpose. Allowing the fall – consciously or unconsciously letting the… read more
Maybe hamstrings have DOMS from 2d ago because the pain was unbearable on the leg extension. Had to swap to quad-biased squats, lucky I found a slant board! I learned from my mistakes, i started light, no PR attempts. Especially the squat has a high technical learning curve for balance.
