Pretty day outside! I hope you are having/had a good day! I found a big spider where I was coloring… wasn’t too pleased with that, but my coloring is improving, kinda… I need more colors than those three greens.

I had to change setup from lying on my chest to back because my hamstrings cramp so hard. But lying on my back seems much easier... I guess this is the way I need to setup from now. I can always use dumbbells to test.
