Breathing Practice Our bodies store up energy, and breathing serves as a tool to control it. Conscious breathing… read more

Pre-inflation

Government insists on having a weaker dollar. America has an entitlement issue....low skill, high pay, no wage growth. The accumulation of wealth comes exponentially, not linearly and even experienced investors/traders aren't running their data logarithmically. It should be alarming at how many… read more

Is there such a thing as too much cheese?

I'm bored and wanted a snack. I remembered there were a couple containers of shredded cheese in the fridge from a few days ago. Cycles

What’s the science behind having staying in the vicinity of what’s not serving you ???

Went for a walk through the flower garden, in a nearby park 💐

When I say I'm not a flower person, I mean I believe flowers and most of nature should just be left to blossom and go through its cycles. I much prefer gifting people plants, than bouquets, at least they can appreciate a plants beauty multiple times over and see it grow through nurture - instead… read more

Claude Mythos & Fable 5

Hey everyone, Like many of you, I’ve been digging into the sudden, unceremonious shutdown of Anthropic’s Fable 5 and Mythos 5 models. The mainstream media and official statements are leaning heavily on "national security concerns," "export controls," and "government intervention due to jailbreak… read more

The Pentacle

The pentacle is not satanic, evil, or demonic, but quite the opposite. Its 5 points represent the 4 elements of earth, air, fire, and water, and then Spirit which animates them all. The Golden Ratio is embedded in the pentacle, which all of life and growth follows in harmonious order, and it's… read more

One of the biggest problems in modern dating is that emotional intelligence is often missing. Many people confuse attention and attraction with real connection. Without emotional maturity, relationships become cycles of confusion, insecurity, and disappointment.

A barren body, haloed in borrowed flame, You orbit our loneliness, serene, unnamed. A mirror hung in the theater of space, Reflecting our wonder, our fragile grace. The fear of being alone keeps many people stuck in cycles that destroy self-worth.

If you know you know 💯💯💯

The people you choose to keep around you can either help you grow or keep you stuck. Your environment influences your mindset, your habits, and the direction of your life. Sometimes growth requires distancing yourself from people who only bring distractions, negativity, or the same cycles you’re… read more

Pokemon gen 2

Like a lot of kids back then, I spent countless hours wandering Kanto, hunting down Pokémon, trading with friends, and believing every ridiculous playground rumor imaginable. What does it mean to be truly free

Freedom ain’t just keys in your pocket, or being able to leave when the door unlocks it. It ain’t loud money, fast cars, bright lights— it’s sleeping in peace at the end of your nights. It’s saying “no” without feeling ashamed, letting go of the labels they gave you for names. It’s… read more

You feed what destroys you

Funny how the moment you criticize a bad behavior, suddenly you become “the villain.” Meanwhile, the people who clap for it, reward it, or pretend they don’t see it are somehow the “nice ones.” Interesting logic. Sometimes the person calling out the problem has better intentions than the person… read more

Breaking cycles requires brutal honesty; most can't stomach it.

One of the cycles

Because you can, does not mean you should. Because you should not, does not mean that you can not.

I have no friends... But my answer would be Myself 😅.... Not of my own doing but because per usual of repeated cycles with different women, it only takes me two months to figure out they are cheating 🤦🏻‍♂️

So That's Why I Could Not Keep A Relationship because I Refused To Be Kept While I Remain Monogamous & They Have Their Extra Fun Slices On The Side.... Keep Them NOT Me !!!! 💯💯💯💯 (edited)

Where Lifes Patterns Repeat Themselves: Foundation vs. The Fourth Turning

1. A Universal Measure of Truth They say art imitates life, and equally, life responds by imitating art.
