So I added a little more and more again increasing +5kg🏆 in total for the day when I should stick to my injury prevention rule of only +2.5kg increments each session. Technical difficulty level mogs weight anyway 😌

I felt happy I successfully moved a new +2.5kg🏆PR, but felt offended a couple of young people had the idea to mog me with +7.5kg and +22.5kg more using the lying technique without curling all the way or pausing; instead of sitting forward and curling all the way and pausing.

Wow the stretch is amazing! Because this is a new movement, I'm sticking to my hard rule of not aggressively increasing weight. Especially when the purpose is to stretch under load, otherwise if just train barbell deadlifts or go nuts on the leg curl.
