It’s in the way she learns to shrink to not speak too loud, not smile too wide, not breathe too freely. It’s in the way she memorizes moods, walks on eggshells, and becomes fluent in the language of survival.

People ask, ‘Why doesn’t she leave?’ But they don’t see that she already left parts of herself long ago. Every insult, every threat, every apology soaked in manipulation carved scars deeper than fists ever could. You see, abuse doesn't always wear a monster’s face. Sometimes it wears a wedding ring. Sometimes it kisses your forehead before it crushes your spirit.

But here’s the truth: a woman’s silence is not her weakness.. it is the weight of every fear she has swallowed to protect the people she loves. Her survival is not just a story of pain, but of strength. Because every day she endures, she is gathering the pieces of herself. And one day, when she finally walks away not with rage, but with quiet resolve.. 
she becomes her own rescue, her own voice, her own shelter.
Let no one ever mistake her scars for shame.. they are proof that she battled a war in her own home and chose to live. And that choice, however late it comes, is not just brave... it is revolutionary.

Sometimes we get so caught up in life that we forget how blessed we are. We complain about being tired, but forget there was a time we prayed for the stability and responsibilities we have now. We get frustrated about the people who left, but forget to appreciate the ones who stayed and loved us through our worst days. We stress about bills, yet overlook the fact that there was a point when we did not even know how we would make it this far. We cry over disappointments, forgetting that months ago we were crying over problems we thought we would never survive, but we did.

We move so fast, chasing the next thing, that we forget how the present used to be a dream. The job we have now, even if it is stressful, is something our past self would have been grateful for. The home we wake up in, even if it is not perfect, is still a place we once wished we had. The quiet mornings, the warm meals, the late-night conversations with someone who truly cares, these are blessings we overlook while searching for bigger ones.

Sometimes, all it takes is a moment to pause and look around. To remember how far we have come. To realize that even in the mess, even in the struggle, we are surrounded by little miracles we once begged the universe for. And that is something worth holding onto.

I've realized that my life doesn't always have to be this inspiring and moving. Sometimes, it's just the way it is—that I breathe air, that I exist. It doesn't constantly need to have a meaning to anyone else. I stopped putting too much pressure on my head thinking that others should see me as someone whom they will aspire to be.

Alike you, I also struggle with life; I have my darkest of nights, as well. I make mistakes, and still learning how to correct them. I have fragments of the past that are still haunting me up to this moment. I am not always productive—I also feel lazy, at times. I feel tired, down, and unhappy—I can't consistently have this positive energy. I have my crying sessions, too, with no apparent reasons. I am not everyday on my best state—I tend to feel lost, sometimes, and still figuring out what life has in store for me.

And these are just normal to be felt, I guess; because I am just a human

LEAF PEOPLE:
These are people who come into your life just for a season. You can't depend on them because they are weak. They only come to take what they want, but if the wind comes they will leave.
You need to be careful of these people because they love you when things are okay, but when the wind comes they will leave you 

BRANCH PEOPLE:
They are strong, but you need to be careful with them too. They break away when life becomes tough and they can't handle too much weight. They may stay with you in some seasons, but they will go when it becomes harder 

ROOT PEOPLE: 
These people are very important because they don't do things to be seen. They are supportive even if you go through a difficult time they will water you and they are not moved by your position they just love you like that ...
It's not all people you meet or are your friends, that will stay with you.
Only the root type of people will stay no matter the season 

Identify people accordingly and remember, not everyone comes to permanently stay. Therefore, never make permanent decisions with temporary people. It may affect you big time in the future.

Last fall I started with a little watery eyes, and as of yesterday the full allergy train hit me and now I've been down for 2 days as if I was hit with the plague 🤦‍♀️

Being underestimated has been a constant battle and theme throughout my life, particularly because I have always looked younger than my actual age. It started when I was a kid, and it has followed me into adulthood. I would often get mistaken for being younger than I actually was. This led to people talking down to me or not taking me seriously, underestimating my abilities and intelligence, I remember feeling frustrated and resentful, as if I had to constantly prove myself and my capabilities, to work harder and put in more effort to earn the respect maybe twice as hard to earn the same level of respect as my peers.
 
At first, it used to bother and hurt me. this feeling of being underestimated took a toll on me and I started to make dangerous mistakes and bad choices. I remember how it took me off track in my teens, causing me to make stupid things. I thought that if I showed people that I was a bad guy, they would finally take me seriously. But this only ended up costing me a lot and getting me hurt and those around me. It wasn't too long until I realized that you don't have to be the "big guy" or the "bad guy" to be respected and trusted. You just have to be the "smart guy." This realization helped me to focus on being smart and strategic in my actions, rather than trying to prove myself through brute force. 

When I started working, it was especially difficult because it took me more effort and energy to earn trust and respect from my colleagues and clients. It used to bother me a lot, people always assumed that I was younger and less capable than my peers because of my appearance. and this has often led to people doubting my abilities and underestimating my potential, and this was particularly challenging when I started being a team leader or manager.
 
Being underestimated has taught me valuable lessons about self-worth and respect, has helped me to become a more resilient and confident person and to persistent in the face of adversity. It has taught me that respect and trust are earned through hard work and intelligence, not through brute force or intimidation. And it has taught me that sometimes, the most powerful weapon is the ability to surprise others with your abilities and intelligence. it's hard way to pass but it is actually an opportunity and motivation to prove yourself and show that you are capable of achieving great things. Embrace the challenge work harder and be smarter. 
 
I have come to love the fact that people often underestimate me, as i am often able to surprise them with my knowledge and capabilities. I am able to earn respect and trust. And when I do, it is all the more satisfying. And remember, it's not about being the biggest or the strongest it's about being the smartest. And enjoy the satisfaction of showing others that they were wrong to underestimate me. It is a constant reminder to always strive to be the best version of myself and never let appearances fool others.
