This is the story about the Girl and the Naughty Fish Ball 🧑‍🍳🫕
 
Once upon a time, there was a girl who simply wanted to eat some ordinary fried fish balls.
 
One day, she bought a pack from the market, thinking it would be a simple and delicious snack. But little did she know… these were not ordinary fish balls.
 
As soon as she dropped them into the hot oil, something strange happened. The fish balls began to grow bigger and bigger.
 
And then— The WAR begaaann! 
 
BOOM! 💥 

"Arghhhhh ━(((;ﾟДﾟ)))━!!!"

Hot oil splashed everywhere! The fish balls jumped and popped like tiny bombs in the pan.

The girl quickly grabbed a lid and wrapped her arms with a towel to protect herself. She thought the battle was over when the pan finally became quiet.

But the naughty fish ball was only pretending!

When the girl stepped closer to check the pan…

💥💥💥 BOOM! Another explosion! 〣( ºΔº )〣🔥

After the battle, the girl had a few small burns on her hand, her arm, and even her forehead. Since that day, she learned two important lessons:

Never underestimate a mischievous fish ball…

…and always respect hot oil.

And from then on, whenever she wanted to fry something, her dad would kindly say,

“I’ll do it for you.”

Believe me I'm apart of many Italian food communities online, and I've received a lot of hate, but food is food. Italians love to gatekeep and hate on any spin of their food. I've called it Americanized aglio e olio, garlic heavy American alfredo, etc but it was super delicious so who cares. Garnished with crispy shaved garlic, fresh herbs, and house breadcrumbs. One of my favorite dishes we did back in the day.

Wonton for Dinner

Had one meal yesterday and haven't ate a thing today so this is my attempt at food source for the day as I only opted for breakfast tomorrow in the hotel and stupidly didn't sort anything for today 🙃 but ended up with some of my favourites snacks so I'm chuffed! 

Also bought energy drinks, nuts, chocolate, fruit juice and shakes, caramel twist bars rice crackers, sugary sweets, crisps, coffee for tomorrow's day of absolute pain I'm expecting 😹😬

Bulking for tomorrow (especially carbs, sugar, protein)
