I'm spending time with a cute cat while also picking figs in my garden.

Is this sweetness from Halis? This is the beauty of my cat, and figs are one of the blessings God has given us. Figs are a Mediterranean fruit. They generally grow in temperate climate zones, around Bursa and Mersin.

I think I messed up on my lacto ferment

The figs in here I think broke down into alcohol this was supposed to be hot sauce I mean it's smells weirdy pleasant, mostly of figs and garlic but I don't know if I can use this for hot sauce
