What do you notice?

When you see someone for the first time what is something you notice first about them? How they carry themselves? Physical features? Clothes? Etc? Personally, I look into their eyes. I want to see kindness in their eyes. After all, they say the eyes are the window to the soul.

How do you get over the fear of meeting someone for the first time?

I feel like that has held me back a lot , the fear of meeting someone and their initial reaction is like "oh he's chubbier" or "oh he looks short" etc
