So it was Asian inspired food night for dinner. I am loving Korean radish soup so I made more of that. I was feeling a bit lazy so instead of marinating meat for bulgogi I just did a ground beef bulgogi instead. Made Korean braised potatoes and I had some leftover Korean cucumber salad as well. 

For my drink it was chi water and a blueberry-ade I got from hmart.

I think the weird thing that's come up now making more money and being more established is the idea of dates being more an experience than a way to pass time. Where a date used to be a drive thru and talking now it's become new restaurants and picture esque scenarios. 

Dating as a young adult now I wonder if it feels like it lost some of its magic or did it gain a standard?

Today I made a fried crawdad smash burger. This was a first for me to mix crawfish and beef. But let me tell you it was pretty dame good. The sauce I made for this monster with a mixture of sriracha chalua, apple cider, vinegar, black pepper, and caramelized onions. What do you think of my creation.
