A variation on a caprese salad! Don't judge my knife work, I'm average at best. I've also used and do that balsamic glaze with a little bit of vinegar, additional salt and water + dried basil (I just didn't want to buy a bit more expensive fresh basil because I know I would have not used it up and it would have gone to waste). Also as far as I know caprese can something be served with rucola.

If I could say so myself, not bad for a person who hates cooking.

I randomly picked this place and it was fantastic.
I could taste the spices in my chai latte and the frittata was pretty good. Still not as good as one's from home but I didn't have to make it xd 
Could do without the salad on top but I don't waste food so long as it won't kill me.
The focaccia was very good too, with a hint of olive oil and fluffy with a crisp outside ~
