Why are INTJs "incompatible" with other INTJs?

This doesn't make sense to me. Maybe that's just people taking the MBTI a little too seriously. I get along great with other INTJs. Although, I may be biased as per the Big 5 scale—which is more accurate—I score higher in trait agreeableness than the majority of INTJs. Anybody have input on this?
