Lemon Basque Cheesecake

3 1/2 packs of cream cheese 8oz mascarpone cheese 2 small lemons rind and juice 6 eggs 450ml heavy cream -(If you're not using lemon juice do 500ml instead) Dash of vanilla Annnnd I forgot how much sugar 😂 (edited)

As the movie Toy story put it, I'm falling with style. When life gives you lemons take the losses with grace. Adapt, recalibrate and go again. I'm not done yet not by a long shot.
