Meals of the day. Breakfast: Grapefruit, Asian Pear, boiled egg. Porridge with cocoa powder, cinnamon, chia seeds, and blueberries. Greek Yoghurt with honey and blueberries. Today's eats 👩🏾‍🍳 (it's a carb filled day). Breakfast: Grapefruit, egg, overnight oats with honey, chia, cinnamon, and blueberries Lunch: Rice, chicken curry, grilled seabass, and grilled broccoli. Dinner: Tuna salad - I didn't end up eating it.. Will have it tomorrow.
