Shadowboxed for 10 minutes today. Started out awkward and I had to catch my breath a lot but then I got into a good rhythm and I was able to keep going and beating up my imaginary enemy.

NMAC Grand Championship Performance

I’m greatful to all my competitors to bring out the best in my performance and making me work as hard as I do to surpass those expectations. Thank you and I think this was the loudest I’ve gotten in all my years competing, it’s truly heartwarming.

Expanded my Aura. Reduced the noise. Tossed the target 18 feet into the air and met it on the drop. One clean cut. No panic. No wasted motion.

Anyone else have a history of martial arts? I practiced for a little over 10 years. Kyukido - combination of Tae Kwon Do, Hapkido, Judo and Jiujitsu. Founded in 1979.
