I need to increase my core strength. Was about 9kg from 2xBW, even while this weight moved rather easy. Didn't do a Zercher deadlift like I did Friday (1.5xBW), I did a Zercher squat (sumo deadlift, hinge and rest bar on quads, hook the elbows and stand up)
