After some weeks without time and I train again Hema and Workout as well 🖤

Had a blast

First time attending a HEMA class (Historical European Martial Arts). I recommend anyone who is into medieval fantasy to check it out. There was a even split between men and women and another newbie that I got to spar with all night!
