Feeling happy

Instead of focusing all your energy on how to have a happy life, and chasing the goals to a achieve of, how can you turn it into a day? We spend hours on what we want to achieve thinking it will make us happy when we finally achieve it. Realistically we are born A DAY, WE ALL LIVE A DAY, AND DIE A DAY. So shouldn't we be living for the day than the lifetime? What has made you happy today?

What is something that has made you feel happy today? I realized how busy I was today and I am grateful and happy that even if it's for a moment, I can take a moment to appreciate a moment to breath and look at the sky. To embrace beauty around me 🙂‍↕️ What made you happy today? ☺️🤙
