If the connection is there and she's worth the effort and changes you need to make to co-exist.. and she is also willing and wants to do the same.. then there's rarely an obstacle that's too tough to overcome. I feel like people just give up way too easy and expect some fairytale caricature of a relationship that doesn't really exist. At the end of the day.. if you feel the pull, the worldview roughly lines up and you're willing to continue to put in the work, then it will last.
