What's a business idea of yours?

I want to open a tea shop, serving rose petal teas, purple tea, Moroccan mint tea, and different teas from around the world. Even unique snacks mochi, kaju katli, and butsi. My primary target audience is students and teachers from colleges and universities in the immediate area.
