What are some REDFLAGS you think people should be aware of while dating?

The words you use as well as the ways you react can show a lot about how you conduct yourself emotionally. And emotional intelligence is a quality many people value for the comfort it can provide.

Check if you demonstrate it like this:

>> clarity of your own internal world. Thoughts, beliefs, feelings, etc.

>> having empathy and awareness of the other person's experiences that molded them.

>> recognition of how past relations have shaped your current approach to relationships. 

>> ability to be open and honest about your feelings whether positive or negative. 

>> knowing your trìğğēřś and using regulation skills to calm down.

>> the openness to listen to different ideas and views and not immediately cut someone off.

Emotional intelligence

So what was the hardest thing to let go in a actually very well relationship, that just happened not to work out? 
Mine was the fact I had someone I could be vulnerable with. In my 29 years of life I've never felt like I could be vulnerable with anyone. I've never had a support system even with in my own family and meetings someone who I was completely comfortable with was a shock to me and I've done a lot to actually become more open with everyone since me and them have been broken up for a while now

I swear you can do everything in your power for someone just for nothing to really be appreciated. You can be as caring and considerate as possible just for them to blow you off when it comes to talking about your problems or even just basic communication in general. Definitely won't give up on finding someone or change how I am but man does it get exhausting sometimes.

I have once loved a man but the thing is that he was the first one who approach me, take good care of me and show motives saying he love me and he even said that his ready to face my family to ask if he can court me. And yes, as a girl who witness how he show his love to me, I believed it. But when there's unexpected happening that someone ask him if does he really love me he actually said yes but the thing is that he need to choose. His work or me? And guess what he choose his work and I accept the results even though it's very hurt in my side. I tried to move on and last month I heard he leave his work for some reason. Right now his friends always contact me asking if I'm okay that if he ask for forgiveness I will give it. If he ask for another chance will i give him. As of all you read it what is your suggestions?

Sometimes we even know that we are doing wrong but still we make the same mistake and lose each other.
