For me, two people can be the same age and not understand each other, while two people with a reasonable age gap can be perfectly aligned. What matters is the purity of intentions, respect for values, and maturity to move forward together. However, there are logical limits: when you change generations, the gap in life stages becomes too great for partners to share the same daily reality.
