Could be a memory issue in which case you'd want more Ram, maybe overheating in which case you'd want better fans? Could be a virus? Tbh idk

Resetting the cpu? if you’re able to boot into safe mode and check your event viewer for anything labeled !critical. If you’re unfamiliar with how to make since of the information use Google for some quick references to isolate your problem. If safe mode is unable to load use a RE loader for your host os to pull the event logs and run any recovery your RE has available to either restore or backup the data on your system. RE = recovery environment (generally a live os that can be loaded from a media device) Hopefully this helps you. If you can get your event logs your golden! Googling will help you in most cases
