What is the meaning of language exams

I really hate the speaking section of Toefl, especially the Task 1 which just gives you 45s to elaborate your opinions of some questions actually profound. Feeling like my mind was castrated.

Hey, so Im doing TOEFL test soon, its a prediction test and I plan to take one when you can get officia certificate... I know its a prediction test, but why am i nervous...😬😬 I think my weakest in doing this was in listening part.😖😖 the speaker speaks so fast...😖😖
