An almost 2 hour labor of love without an electric mixer.

Tiramisu, but instead of coffee there is very densely steeped hibiscus tea to mimick the acidity of coffee with a higher acidity level traditionally used for tiramisu. My dominant arm hurts 😅. Only to whisk whipping cream it takes around 30 to 40 or more minutes.

Surprisingly I did end up making tiramisu.

Used the most simple recipe without eggs. Since I don't drink coffee with a high percent of acidity I ended up adding some of the leftover bottled lemon juice into the mascarpone itself.
