Some I know are pre 90's late 80's but still worth watching if you can find them. I recommend using "myanimelist" to get info. Gall Force (lots of spin offs but tricky to find if not using.. Alternate means if ya know ya know.), Record of the Lodoss War, Legend of the Galactic Heroes (there is a remake the did recently but the original is much longer over 107 episodes plus 3 movies), 3x3 eyes (only 7 episodes but still worth a watch), Future Gpx Cyber Formula (has a sequel and is a good watch if you like racing and seen speed racer the anime (not the live action movie) or the anime movie Redline), Lensman(known also as "SF Shinseiki Lensman" and "Galactic Patrol Lensman" if you want the series), Bio Hunter, Cybernetic Guardian(also called "Seijuuki Cyguard"), Demon City Shinjuku, Wicked City, Wrath of the Ninja (Sengoku Kitan Youtouden), and Gundress. I tried to add there Japanese names but yeah enjoy hope it helps someone.
