It is said we Capricorns are cold hearted. Do you believe this true?

Let me elaborate. As a Capricorn(dec 22-jan 19) I have often heard my zodiac described as cruel. Cold. Harsh. Etc. and yet. As a Capricorn it is a double edged blade scenario. We Capricorns are not cold or cruel. We r not harsh, unless we are provoked. Otherwise we are quite loving, we work hard on everything we genuinely want to work out. But I ask, what are ur opinions on this?

I have Capricorns in my family, awesome humans. In the dating world though, I just don't ever seem to hit it off with Capricorn women.

Speaking in general terms, they don't seem very outwardly passionate, in my experience, and I'm a passionate guy, so I think the connection just falls short.

That said, I wouldn't call them cruel or harsh; that seems like an exaggeration.

I mean I wouldn’t say we’re cold, maybe calculated and logical. I think we consider feelings, and whether or not those responses are appropriate to the situation.

I say I don't like Capricorns, but the truth is I'm a lil j of y'all's groundedness and ability to get things done irl. I'm more of a dreamer.

The Caps I've known are very hard working dependable smart ppl. Just not as emotional as other signs. The sun sign isn't everything though. If a Cap has some water in their chart it balances the emotional aspect out.

I don't think cold-hearted is the right word. Usually Capricorns are seen as more distant emotionally, as thinkers and people who are more pragmatic and  career-oriented.  But as everything else, zodiac signs are just a general label in my opinion. We may share certain qualities, but we're all vastly different, no matter the sign, enneagram or personality type. I know for myself that I am a sensitive person and I feel a lot, but I rarely show it on the outside. But is it because I'm a Capricorn or because I just can't open up to everyone or I don't want people to use my emotions against me? I think it's my own view of the world and people that determines that, not a cluster of stars. Also personalities can change in time. Who I was before is not who I am today.
