What do you use for job applications?

Having 5+ versions of resume across 6-7+ job boards, plus occasional tailoring of resume for a specific JD — maaaan it’s exhausting. Where do you keep your CV? How do you maintain it? The only good tool I found for myself is Simplify, and some custom AI-pipelines for resume adaptation :(((
