How do you cope with being unappreciated?

I got a job on the spot in Olympia but I work for the Pierce County area. I took a fill-in/emergency shift Saturday (1/27) and just.... no matter what I did, it was wrong... I followed the care plan, my intuition, my empathy, my gut, everything. WRONG.🙃

Don't change for no one be yourself do what makes you happy if people want to to change not woth your breath :) be happy be yourself never change unless you yourself feels its necessary
