This TIG welding stuff isn't easy 🙃

Settings

I'm doing spray arc welding with 260 wire feed and 27.8 power, and I've tried slow and fast and turning up the settings, but everything I'm doing a 1/4 inch tjoint, I end up undercutting and there being empty melted areas above the weld. Random and most won't even know what they're looking at but rather enjoyed welding this gear box to electric motor mount this morning.

Just finished my sixth day welding, it's it bad or meh?

I had a slight hiccup on one side of the T-joint since it's my first time doing it.

Repairing broken studs on bumper trim bracket

Just a small project, but important. For my 37 year old car I take to shows. Removing cracked bumper trim, and 2 of the 4 studs broke from the bracket. On my own to fix this. I did some practice welding today on aluminium the very nice weld I am quite proud of. Others not so good as the plate was hot so they went downhill. This is a difficult skill to master

Successful WABO Test Pipe

Earlier this year, I took the Washington Association of Building Officials (WABO) test in 6G TIG, one of the hardest ones to take, and I passed! I’m a certified welder because of that!
